Armstrong Spallumcheen offer a variety of services for the touring cyclist and the communities host the annual "Okanagan Shuswap Century Ride” held on the last Sunday in May. Most routes are ready to ride by early April if you dress for it and cycling may extend to mid-November, weather permitting.
