Monday Morning Memo February 20th

Good morning everyone!

One of the benefits of membership is the opportunity to take advantage of programs which may make your day-to-day business tasks easier. Check out the attached benefits flyer for more information.

There are a couple of upcoming Chamber member promotion and networking events I would like to ask you to look at:

Chamber of Commerce Week is February 20th - 24th  - 'Online Scavenger Hunt' to encourage people to check out the many listings and events on our website. Go to www.aschamber.com and find the BC Chamber Week logo then click on it to be entered to win one of 5 great prizes! It will be in a different spot each day – so check back each day to increase your chances of winning!

Spend 20 on the 20th' promotion today – so far this morning, a number of people have dropped off their sticker and entered the draw. If you aren't participating this quarter, but would like to be part of this promotion next quarter (April - June)  - please contact the Chamber office. Deadline for the next quarter is March 15th.

There will be a special networking event February 24th beginning at 5:30pm at the Chamber of Commerce office. This event will celebrate Chamber of Commerce Week including the announcement of the online scavenger hunt winners. We are happy that Chocoliro and The Village Cheese will be offering tastings - thank you. Invitation attached.

We will be reprinting the area map in March – those who have advertised previously should receive information this week. We will have some spaces open this year due to a few businesses closing since 2010 – information for new map participants will be circulated next week.
