Don Hagen, is the newest member to Hat Trick Band. Don is a long time residence of Vernon. Don has been playing music for the best part of 40 yrs. Don has played with several other musicians, but did not play in a named band until he joined Hat Trick Band in April of 2020. Don enjoys all genres of music, but mostly classic and country rock.
The Band Hat Trick formed originally in April 2016. Basically each of us knew of the other from other people in the local music business. Don Hagen joined the band in April of 2020, we felt we had a good sound and mix of music. Our music is based on Classic Rock and Roll, Blues, Country Rock and Ballads primarily a dance and entertainment band. We have performed various venues locations and events some are: Lumby Days Festival, The Lumby night in the Park, Vernon Army Navy and Airforce Club, Armstrong in the Park, Vernon Sunshine Festival, Falkland Stampede and the Vernon Yacht Club to name a few and a some private parties as well, and most recently a neighborhood performance to show support for the Front line and essential workers during the Covid 19 crisis, compliments of Neighborhood organizer Gail Hamilton.
We hope you'll clap your hands and tap your toes and even sing along with the songs we play because we love crowd participation. Dancing is strongly recommended.
