Tulip and sunflower festivals in the North Okanagan
Bloom Flower Festivals is a family-run flower festival in Armstrong Spallumcheen, in the Okanagan-Shuswap region of British Columbia.
Created by third-generation flower grower Alexis Szarek and run with Marc, Bloom brings visitors into colourful fields of tulips and sunflowers for seasonal festivals, photo opportunities, fresh-cut flowers, and u-pick experiences.
Originally known for hosting one of the Fraser Valley’s most beloved tulip festivals, Bloom has re-bloomed in the North Okanagan, where Alexis and Marc continue sharing their love of flowers, farming, and community. Rooted in Dutch horticultural heritage and a multi-generational farming story, Bloom celebrates locally grown flowers in a beautiful country setting.
Bloom Flower Festivals is taking the 2026 season off as Alexis and Marc welcome their new baby. The festivals are set to return with the Fall 2027 Sunflower Festival.
