Meet the cheesemakers at this ticketed dinner, an intimate experience guided by Canada’s own Cheese Ambassador, David Beaudoin.
The dinner includes seven carefully selected courses that showcase cheese proudly featuring the 100% Canadian Milk designation, along with local produce, artisan products, and paired beverages. Every bite is curated to highlight artisan cheese in a relaxed atmosphere.
This is a 19+ event.
The chefs
The 2026 menu was crafted by:
- Chef Miles Kroeker (MKlifé), performer with Kinshira Entertainment, returning for his fourth year at The Big Cheese
- Chef Terra Wolsey, Red Seal certified, Holistic Nutritionist, and culinary lead at Orchard Valley Retirement Community
- Chef Georgia McLean, Vancouver-trained and originally from the Okanagan, head chef at The Clove
- Chef Henry Ortiz, originally from Mexico, also of The Clove
Tickets
Single tickets were $80. A full table of 8 seats was $600. The 2026 dinner sold out.
