A full day of community celebrations in Memorial Park with family fun, live music, food, and Canadian pride.
Canada Day in Armstrong and Spallumcheen is a full day of community celebration hosted by the chamber. Activities run all day, and the main community gathering starts at 4 pm at the Lions Gazebo in Memorial Park.
The day brings together an opening ceremony with community leaders, live music at the gazebo, birthday cake, food vendors, family activities, community booths, and contests. Everyone is welcome.

- Canada Day 2026 · A full day of celebrations on Wednesday, July 1, with a morning hike, a 4 pm opening ceremony at the Lions Gazebo, live music, birthday cake, food vendors, and family activities across Memorial Park.
- Canada Day 2025 · Canada Day in the Park 2025 ran from 4 pm to 8 pm at Memorial Park, with the opening ceremony, the Citizen of the Year, birthday cake, community booths, and free family activities.
- Canada Day 2024 · Canada Day 2024 filled Memorial Park from 4 pm with live music, a petting zoo, a glow-in-the-dark dance party, a movie in the park, food trucks, and free family activities.
- Canada Day 2023 · Canada Day 2023 ran through the day at Memorial Park, with the opening ceremony at 11 am and entertainment, activities, and food from noon to 4:30 pm.
