Halloween Trick or Treat Trail 2024

The 2024 trail ran on Halloween from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm in downtown Armstrong. Participating businesses were marked with black and orange balloons provided by the chamber. All children 12 years of age or younger, in costume, were invited to join the fun.
