Come watch competing catapults send pumpkins flying through the air and hit targets!
Your mission as a competitor? Build a catapult, slingshot or trebuchet to send pumpkins through the air towards a target. No restrictions other than it must be people-powered! Pumpkins used for the event will be smaller than a soccer ball (about 5lbs) and provided to teams.
Homeschool, Youth Groups, Physics & Tech-Ed students! Show off your skills! Pumpkins used will be about one pound. Teams in this category MUST build the following catapult:

Pick up a registration form from the Visitor Centre or print out your own and bring it to the office.
