Fresh Valley Farms is a fourth-generation certified organic farm in Spallumcheen, raising pasture-raised pork, chicken, eggs, and 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef. Run by Steve Meggait and Annelise Grube-Cavers, the farm is rooted in more than a century of family stewardship, with a focus on regenerative agriculture, animal welfare, soil health, and feeding the community well. Customers can order farm-raised products online year-round, with pickup locations throughout the Okanagan and beyond, plus local delivery in Armstrong, Vernon, and surrounding areas. Fresh Valley Farms also shares farm stories, recipes, education, and seasonal updates through their website, newsletter, and social media.
