Downtown Light Up 2025
Light the Night lit up downtown Armstrong on Friday, November 28, from 4 pm to 8 pm, with live music, family crafts, a storefront contest, and the new Light the Night Passport.
The 2025 Downtown Light Up ran on Friday, November 28, from 4 pm to 8 pm. The theme was Light the Night, an evening of spreading light throughout the community.
The festive evening packed in holiday cheer for all ages:
- Live music and entertainment
- Family crafts and interactive activities
- Fun experiences hosted by local businesses
- The Light Up Your Storefront Contest, with community voting and prizes
- Shop-local initiatives with Chamber Bucks
- A community mural and collaborative art projects
- Photo opportunities
- Cookie decorating, and more.
The Light the Night Passport
New for 2025, visitors collected stamps from participating businesses as they explored downtown, with a chance to win prizes.
Safety Elves
Volunteer Safety Elves supported safe road crossings through the evening in 2-hour shifts and added holiday cheer to the night. To volunteer for a future Light Up, email manager@aschamber.com or call (250) 546-8155.
