Chamber receives $25,000 for Downtown Armstrong Facade Improvement Program

The Armstrong Spallumcheen Chamber of Commerce has received $25,000 from ETSI-BC for a new Downtown Armstrong Facade Improvement Program.

Big news for downtown Armstrong: the Armstrong Spallumcheen Chamber of Commerce has received $25,000 in funding from the Economic Trust of the Southern Interior for a new Downtown Armstrong Facade Improvement Program.

The program will help eligible downtown businesses and property owners refresh their storefronts and building facades. Supported improvements may include updated frontages, accessibility improvements, and other exterior upgrades that help create a more welcoming and vibrant downtown core.

It is practical support for the businesses that continue serving the community through a period of significant change.

“This funding is wonderful news for our downtown and the businesses that continue to serve our community,” says Chamber President Kim Magarvey.

Program details coming soon

The chamber is completing the funding agreement with ETSI-BC now. Full program details, eligibility requirements, and application information will be shared as soon as the program is ready to launch.
