The businesses that make up our community are ready to help you #shoplocal! Join us this year as we meet the faces behind these businesses and find out what makes them unique to our community. Watch here - you might see some familiar faces!
This Shop Local campaign is funded through the Government of Canada and delivered through the BC Chamber of Commerce. Through this initiative we hope to encourage Canadians to #shoplocal to help support our local businesses through and beyond the pandemic.
✔️Make sure you’re following us on Facebook, Instagram and Youtube so you can see all the faces of our business community as we post videos to help you get acquainted with our owners, their staff and families.
🔗And be sure to check out our business directory here to find a list of all of our local businesses.
Welcome to Armstrong Flower & Gift Shop! New owners Claire and Grant Bolstridge recently emigrated from South Africa and quickly fell in love with Armstrong's charm and warmth. They are the 6th owners in the shop's history since it was established in 1979. www.armstrongflowershop.com
With their two young children in tow you will find Steve and Annelise working on various farm projects, always with a focus on sustainability and feeding the local community.
